SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are processed within five to seven business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We shall notify you if we are experiencing delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues outside our control.
Our shipping rates and time estimates are as follows:
UK Standard Shipping (5 - 7 business days): £4.99
US Standard Shipping (10 - 14 business days): £9.99
EU Standard Shipping (7 - 10 business days): £9.99
UK Express Shipping (2 - 3 business days): £12.99
Please note that for customers outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must not have any soils, stains or odours.Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage.Please also note that items must be returned with all tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Sale items cannot be returned but may be exchanged.
All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 33 Thornleigh Road, Fallowfield, Manchester, M14 7RB, United Kingdom.
